At Border Ranges Pastoral, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality beef. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy focuses primarily on ensuring the quality and integrity of your order upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items (Perishable Goods)
By law and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable food items, including all cuts of beef, once they have been delivered.
Once a perishable product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the maintenance of the necessary temperature controls, which are critical for food safety and quality.

We will issue a full refund or a replacement order in the following circumstances:

| Shipping Carrier Delay | The package was significantly delayed by the carrier, resulting in compromised product integrity. | We will assess the situation and offer a Replacement or Full Refund. |
⏱️ Timeframe for Reporting Issues
You must contact our Customer Service team at info@borderranges.com or 043 3681 802 within 24 hours of the delivery time (as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking) to report any quality or delivery issues. Claims submitted after this 24-hour window may be denied.
Situations Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot offer a refund or replacement for issues related to:
- Failure to be Present for Delivery: If the delivery is missed or the package is not retrieved promptly from the delivery location, it results in spoilage.
- Customer Error: Including providing an incorrect shipping address or an incomplete address.
- Customer-Driven Quality Issues: Including improper storage, thawing, or preparation of the product after delivery.
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for a change of mind after the order has been processed or shipped.
Refund Processing
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is spoiled or damaged due to our error or a carrier issue we are responsible for.
