At Border Ranges Pastoral, we specialize in providing premium, high-quality beef. Due to our commitment to ethical sourcing and allocation of whole-cow orders, and the specialized refrigerated transport required, our shipping process is unique and focused on ensuring product quality above all else.

🗺️ Delivery Area

We currently only ship to and serve customers located within the following regions:

• Northern New South Wales (NSW)
• Southern Queensland (QLD)

Note: If your address is outside of these designated areas, your order may be cancelled and refunded. We recommend contacting us at info@borderranges.com before placing an order if you are unsure if your location is covered.

 Shipping Costs

At Border Ranges Pastoral, we offer free local delivery on all beef box orders within our defined service area.

For Pantry Essentials, shipping is calculated at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: $10.00 (2–8 business days)

• Express Shipping: $12.50 (1–4 business days)

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on pantry orders over $60

This helps keep beef deliveries local and fresh while still allowing pantry items to be shipped Australia-wide.

 

 Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

Our order process is divided into two distinct phases to ensure product quality and efficient logistics:

1. Processing Time (Handling Time)

The processing time covers the period from when your order is placed until it is packed and ready for dispatch.

• Standard Processing Time: 2 to 3 weeks (14 to 21 business days).
• Reason for Timeframe: Orders are meticulously grouped into whole-cow allocations before the dispatch batch is finalized. This model allows us to operate sustainably and ensure the freshness and quality of every cut.
• Order Cutoff: Our official Order Cutoff Time is 5:00 PM
