This barbecue sauce balances sweet, sour and salty by using blackstrap molasses, tamari and apple cider vinegar. Sweetened naturally with dates, green apples and a small amount of unrefined coconut sugar rather than refined white sugar. The result is a complex, layered flavour that enhances grilled and smoked meats without overpowering them.
