A totally moreish blend of Kalamata and Manzanillo olives, these delicacies are cold smoked by hand over cherry wood right here on the farm in Rosebank, Northern Rivers NSW. They are then rested for 24 hours before being brined and packed, resulting in a rich, plump, deeply smoky olive unlike anything you will find in a supermarket.

How to Use
