Their specialties are our cured olives in brine, wood smoked olives and our totally moreish semi-dried olives.

Three key varieties are used across our olive range; Kalamata, Manzanillo and Hardy Mammoth. 

The extra virgin olive oil is a blend of early harvested Frantoio and Koroneiki olives.
