Pack Size

Trimmed, dressed, and bagged product in this bulk box is based on carcass weight, which includes bone and natural variation. The per kilo rate is calculated from the carcass weight, and final packed weight will be lower once trimmed and portioned, but the price remains consistent to ensure wholesale value. Weight can vary slightly depending on cattle size, bone structure, and fat content, and occasionally you may receive extra at no added cost.
