About Our Beef

All cattle are ethically raised on our own pastures in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, grass fed and pasture finished for clean, natural flavour. Raised locally and handled responsibly from paddock to plate - you know exactly where your beef comes from when you buy direct from Border Ranges Pastoral.

Weight can vary slightly depending on cattle size, bone structure, and fat content, and occasionally you may receive extra at no added cost.
